Our vision is to empower people and inspire change.

We believe change is possible at individual and system level; and sustainable whole system change requires whole community involvement.

Co-design, co-production and collaboration is embedded into every project.

We endeavour to build shared community understanding of issues as well as encourage shared responsibilities for solutions.

Our inclusive approach ensures we work to empower all community members to have a say, participate and contribute to change.

We have learnt from our experiences that everyone within the system can participate in change and we work to enable seldom heard voices to be involved in improved communities, services and to support better

individual outcomes for individuals.

We creatively use innovative ways to engage and involve others, and lastly inspire long term and sustainable positive changes in social and criminal justice settings.
